Meet Jamie

Jamie Davidson has been teaching busy people how to eat right (nutritiously) conveniently for over 20 years. She has a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and has been in field of health promotion her entire career beginning with her work with the YMCA as a Fitness Director.
She has created and directed fitness programs, cardiac rehab programs, weight management programs, corporate wellness programs as well as healthy cooking classes. Quick and Healthy Meals from Costco and Trader Joe’s has been her most popular cooking class. With more and more people understanding how important nutrition is to our health, finding convenient ways to eat healthfully is important.  There has never been a time when it has been easier to choose and prepare healthy food and Jamie shows you how with her classes as well as her cookbooks: Quick and Healthy Meals from Trader Joe’s, Livin’ Lean and with Trader Joe’s and Simmering Solutions, Healthy Slow-Cooker Recipes, all of which are available on my home page.

Besides teaching healthy cooking classes and writing cookbooks, Jamie is a Weight Management Coach, helping those who are tired of failing with diets to look and feel their best while fitting into their smaller-size clothes again. Jamie has personally lost 40 pounds and has kept it off using the skills, tools and behaviors she teaches her clients. She works in-person or over the phone.
